Our Santos Aquarela is a coffee with a mild acidity, silky body and with notes of nuts and
caramel. This coffee is grown south of Minas, where the vegetation, soil and climate are optimal for a
sustainably managed coffee plantation. The warm climate allows for a natural processing of the
coffee. The cherries dry in the sun until a residual moisture content of 12% is left. It is due to this
natural process that the coffee gets its special flavour.
