Roasted in the Savoie

Mr. Blanchot?

Our history with coffee began 20 years ago in Dunedin, a vibrant little city in the South Island of New Zealand, full of independent specialty coffee roasters and great cafes. Now living in the Savoie, we want to offer high quality specialty coffee to those who appreciate the difference. And why Mr. Blanchot? It is the regional name of the lièvre variable, a beautiful alpine hare living in the Savoyard mountains. Although notoriously difficult to see, if you're lucky you might catch a glimpse while snowshoeing through the larch forests. We like his style!
