Colombia is the largest growing country for 100% washed coffee. Known for qualities with a balanced
cup and pleasant acidity, many roasters have at least one coffee from this origin. Most varieties are
Caturra and Castillo, but Bourbon and Typica are also used. The Huila region is located in the
southwest of Colombia and is one of the best coffee growing regions in the world. This coffee has
a medium body and hints of peach and red apple.
